		<description>An article in today&#039;s Independent states that demand for organic home grown food has never been higher, and waiting lists for allotments are 10 years in some areas. Still, the vast majority of house builders and developers are so out of touch with the progressive end of the market that we are unlikely to see many permaculture inspired housing schemes like this europan proposal built in the near future.
